Practice Description
Ms. Chodera is a recent addition to ROBOL LAW OFFICE, LLC. She handles a diverse practice, including areas such as business litigation, landlord & tenant law, personal injury, and legal malpractice. Before joining the firm, she gained experience working for legal aid, an election law non-profit organization, the Ohio Statehouse, and the Ohio Attorney General’s office. Ms. Chodera has also worked as a mediator at the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, and is a contributing author to Toward a Protocol for Administrative Agency Mediation in Ohio.
Education
Ms. Chodera graduated, cum laude, from The Ohio State University’s Moritz College of Law in 2008, where she also earned her Certificate in Dispute Resolution. She was granted the designation of Public Service Fellow with Dean’s Special Recognition, and was honored to be awarded the John J. Adams Memorial Award. While attending Moritz, Ms. Chodera was a Managing Editor of the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution and was the Executive Director of the Pro Bono Research Group. Before entering law school, she received her B.A., cum laude, from The Ohio State University with studies in sociology, criminology, and political science.

Ms. Chodera is a member of the Ohio
State Bar, and is also admitted to practice in the United States
District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. She is a member of
the Federal Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, and the
Columbus Bar Association.
